We are currently looking for new colleagues who would provide technical support to our clients (B2B) and contribute to technical documentation (incl. the night shifts). Job description: Solving client’s queries (written form) Help to our clients with configuration; help them to understand system set up etc. Close cooperation with developing team Creating technical documentation Ad hoc tasks Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English and Russian language both in written form Empathy, strong client orientation - very pro-customer-oriented personality Knowledge of Internet services (DNS, HTTP, SMTP, ...), TCP / IP protocol Experience in technical support is an advantage Strong work ethic Accuracy, logical thinking, the ability to identify and follow priorities Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS etc. (don’t need to develop, but need to understand) Our offer: Stable background and experience of our international projects Gaining a new experience and knowledge Possibility for your career development 5 weeks of paid vacation per year Fruit/vegetable days and refreshment Language courses, company events, teambuildings Multisport card (one free entry per day to the sports facilities and activities however you like) Relaxation areas (table football, PlayStation etc.) Offices near I.P.
