Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries (phone and e-mail) and supporting individual and business clients in both incoming and outgoing communication. There are no sales involved. Requirements: • fluency or very good knowledge of German (B2 - C1)/ English; • good knowledge of Russian; • computer literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills; • commitment to customer service; • ability to multitask; • another language would be an asset; • experience is not required.
